My Current Favorite Skincare

Hey friends! Welcome to another blog post, if you’re new to my blog, hi!! Im so happy you’re here. As usual, I ask you guys on my Instagram what topics you want me to write a blog post about and skin care won last week, so that is what I am going to be sharing today. Some of these products are newer to me but some are, I have repurchased many times kind of thing. I just want to say, that I promise I never recommend anything to you guys that I don’t truly love. I know everyone’s skin is different but I really do think most of these products can be used for many skin types. Let’s get into it!

To start off, we have my favorite face moisturizer by Neutrogena. I have been using this both day and night for over two years now and it never fails. It’s a water base so it’s very smooth, does not feel like too much on your face and with the hyaluronic acid in it, I’ve noticed a difference in my skin when I first started using this. Hands-down my #1 skincare recommendation.

Next up, we have the Neutrogena cream cleanser. I have used this for over a year now and it does not irritate my skin. I use this once a day at night and usually with my face brush. If I’m wearing make up, I take my makeup off first. It does have a slight cooling effect but I don’t have any sensitivity from it.

This is the make up remover I use, micellar water, and nothing more. I have tried other make up remover‘s in the past and they irritate my skin. I think this kind of speaks for itself, if you have never tried this product you are missing out!

This is the vanity planet raedia face brush that I use. This is the only face brush I have now been using for over a year and I really love it. This one is slightly different than the one I have because it includes a body brush (wish I had it!!) I will be honest, it took my skin a little bit of time to get used to the bristles (I think that’s because I have always just used my hands to wash my face) however I do think it’s definitely worth it to include a face brush in your skin care routine. On the days I don’t use it, I wake up and I can tell my pores are more clogged. This exact one is available for preorder.

Now moving on to the ordinary vitamin C serum. I have been trying this out for a couple months now and overall I like it. I do see a subtle difference but I think once I’m done with the bottle I will try another one. I will say if you’re looking for an affordable vitamin C, even just to see to see how you like it, this is definitely a good option.

On to this drunk elephant eye cream. I have battled dark circles basically my whole life. They are genetic, both my mom and sister have them however, now with a lack of sleep I needed some help. I’ve been putting off trying this drunk elephant one despite everyone saying it’s so good but I finally caved. I want to tell you it really is so good. If you have sensitive eyes this causes me no irritation. I’ve been using it for two weeks now and I think I already can see a difference. It’s definitely a bit more of a splurge but if you’ve tried many eye cream’s and they’re not working maybe it’s time to give this one a go! (I am still going to try and see if I can find a more affordable option that works!!)

And finally we have the drunk elephant bronzing drops. This product is not for everyone however, if you are someone who suntans or uses self tanner but in both cases does not tan their face, this is a really good option for you. It can even just be used to just give you a really pretty glow under your make up (great option for the summer months!!) I’ve been using this for two weeks now and it has not been breaking me out, it washes right off at night so its not permanent. Has built-in skin care as well so another plus!

That is all! I hope you enjoyed reading this and as I continue to find new products that work I will continue to share!

-With love, Kasia
